Push the column that lists the pile that comics are in under creators over to the right.
When you go to an artist (like George Perez) it lists the piles but they are over to the left and they don't stand out. It would be great to push them over to the right so they are easier to find. Thanks!

Make it possible to search your piles for a particular creator or note
It would be great to search for a writer or artist in your pile and bring up a list. Searching for a note would also be great. I like to leave notes for books that I bought from the creator or by who autographed it. I know that you can go to the creator index but this would be more convenient.

Add Report by Cover Date
I store my various Buffyverse books (Buffy, Spike, Angel, etc) together and chronologically because the stories occasionally intertwine (I know, I'm probably the only person in the world who does this). A report by cover date would be helpful for sorting newly acquired back issues into my stacks. I presently store this information in the notes, but I then have to skim through all of the notes to find the closest dated issue. A sort would make this much faster!

In WANT List, display the value of the grade desired, not NM grade
When adding to your Want List, you can specify a grade. If, for example, I want a Batman # 1 but cannot pay $350,000, I ask for a GD- grade. But in the Want List it displays the $350,000 price and not the $21,000 price for a GD- copy.

Incorporate a sort-by-value option for the piles
I would really like to see an option for sorting by value so I can easily find the comics in my pile that are worth the most. As of now, I have to expand each series one by one and figure it out manually. This option may exist already, but I have yet to find it.
-P.S.
While we're on the subject, I'd also like to be able to sort my piles by the other categories(number, paid, value, etc.) instead of just alphabetically.9 votes -
What about a monthly hot list as voted on by the members?
we could seperate modern age silver age etc. this could be put together in any number of ways but I think it would be cool to see what the current trends are.

Want to see prices when looking at the sale piles
When I (we) divide our list of selling into piles for organization, why can't someone looking at my pile see the asking price on that pile view. I think that would help a lot.

Display your favorite book(s)
I think it would be a great idea to be able to display the cover of your favorite book or a choice of selected book covers on your profile page. much like the random cover, but you can select one or more books to highlight, and not just a file photo, but the actual scan of your book, that way people would be able to display their favorite autographed cover.

View your collection in public view.
Sometimes the amount of data on screen for my collection is a little overwhelming. So what I end up doing sometimes is logging out to look at my collection.
The general list view of everything I have is sometimes useful, which I find difficult to get to while logged in.

Set sale price for entire pile.
I know there is a thread asking for this, but it looks like it was addressed. I'm not sure if I just can't figure it out or what the end result was.
If this isn't already implemented it would be something nice to have down the road.

Anonymous Grading
Basically, grading posts are only visible to the OP, hidden from anyone offering their grade to avoid any influence, bias. The OP can choose to show once satisfied.
Also, UI features like check boxes or drop down menus for grading; "Mint 9.4",..etc. and text boxes for other pertinent details/info to assit the OP. This would be more simplified and easier to see results. OP could see a run down of grades and an avg.

Comic of the Week Voting block on FP
Add a new feature/block that shows covers of the week and members could vote on them, then maybe at the end of the year have a list of the best of the best, or maybe a cover of the year?

Create a Pull List
Basically how I envision it working is...
- Go to the new releases report and choose books to add to your pull list
- Books remain on your pull list until you remove them (manually or by adding to collection)
- From the upcoming CBR App you can view your pull list at the store
- From the App you can move books from your Pull List to your Pulled List (or remove from your pull list)
- Back at your computer you can access your Pulled List to add the comics to your collection
Future iterations could be a Subscribe feature that would automatically…

make it possible to print out a checklist
hey doughboy!
it would be super-cool to have the ability to print out a checklist of missing issues in a series or run for taking to the comic shop. that way you have a handy list of what you don't have.
although i guess the planned mobile app would defeat the purpose of this for anyone with a smartphone.3 votes -
Total for asking price for all comics someone is selling
On the # for sale tab, it would be nice to have the total of the asking price for all of the comics one has for sale.

Add a "Random Comic" button to the main tool bar.
Button so members can explore the vast database. Could be used to help generate interest by feeding on the human "curiosity" element.

Fixing the Character database?
I wrote my own Comics DB(very time consuming) but the character implementation worked like this "Jordan, Hal(Green Lantern/Parallax/Yellow Lantern) [Earth-1]". or "Kent, Clark/Kal-El(Superman/Gangbuster) <Krypton> [Earth-1]", this method prevents duplications, and also means that when a character takes on a new name, you just update their index, could we see that here?

Check box setting to define when comics count into your stats.
Basically a checkbox next to piles, that if clicked makes it so that those books don't count into your statistics that are viewed on your realm. Basically, if I want two piles, one for my marvel and one for my monster comics across all publishers, I wouldn't want the same issues of, lets say, Tomb of Dracula counting twice as if I own two copies of the book just because it is in two piles. It would allow for more custimization without hindering the accuracy of your stats.
The site might already have a feature like this I don't know of,…
