Add the ability to hover the mouse pointer to preview the cover
When sifting through the Master Pile, and checking which variants I own, it will be very useful to have the ability to hover the mouse pointer beside an icon in the comic book row, that shows a quick preview of the cover.
I experienced the difficulty of sifting through variant covers when I was posting Dark Knight 3: Master Race #1 books on my Master Pile. All of the numbering (1A all the way to BZ or something) didn't help because the line items don't feature the cover artist to distinguish from the other.

Add values of comics based on whether they are signed, or certified, based on average value increases with these factors.
I have both signed, and CGC comics, some are both, and some are certified signed, like a signed Midtown exclusive that would come with their Certificate of Authenticity. Granted some signatures may be worthless, but some significantly increase a comic's value. On average a signature, or a CGC'd comic does increase the value of most all comics on the market. When selecting "signed", or "certified" when adding to your pile, the value of the comic should reflect these additions. Create a Pull List
Basically how I envision it working is...
- Go to the new releases report and choose books to add to your pull list
- Books remain on your pull list until you remove them (manually or by adding to collection)
- From the upcoming CBR App you can view your pull list at the store
- From the App you can move books from your Pull List to your Pulled List (or remove from your pull list)
- Back at your computer you can access your Pulled List to add the comics to your collection
Future iterations could be a Subscribe feature that would automatically…

CBR should be able to connect the "wanted" list with the "for sale" list.
If I post a specific comic book for sale, why isn't the wanted list (over one million books sought) contacted immediately if it matches? By connecting buyer and seller, CBR can take a small per cent for doing so. It can't be that hard to set up. The buyer and seller work out the price, shipping and other details and CBR gets their cut, with (hopefully) not too many snags.

Graded Comic Value Update
I don't think the values are correct for graded comics, when you check the comic as graded it should improve the value of the comic. It would be good to get values based on average sales prices of graded comics to get a better estimate for you collection.

Display your favorite book(s)
I think it would be a great idea to be able to display the cover of your favorite book or a choice of selected book covers on your profile page. much like the random cover, but you can select one or more books to highlight, and not just a file photo, but the actual scan of your book, that way people would be able to display their favorite autographed cover.

i suggest that there should be a section for signed books and their values. on another note, and up grade of the books value would be nice t

What about a monthly hot list as voted on by the members?
we could seperate modern age silver age etc. this could be put together in any number of ways but I think it would be cool to see what the current trends are.

Skin Colors and Themes
I was wondering if we could have the option of different skin colors or themes. I've been on sites that you can change the color anytime you want. You could do themes ranging from Aquaman to X-Men for any given events. I think it would give the site a unique feel and look.

Make the Title search field predictive, just like the Publisher search field
It is really useful that the Publisher search field is predictive, so that it filters results based on the info you've submitted, and filters the results more based on additional keystrokes.
I believe that adding the same functionality to the title search field would be a huge improvement. I often find that I have either misspelled or fat-fingered a title name, or that the title doesn't exactly match what I've entered. Having the title field be predictive would reduce my frequency of seeing the page that says zero results were found.

If the information is available, can we know why a particular book has increased or decreased in value?

include image icon in collection
Currently there is an image icon in the database that is red (when there is no image) and blue (when there is). Having that same icon on one's collection screen would be helpful in quickly identifying what comics we have that can be scanned and added to the database.
On a related note, having a link at the issue level to jump directly to that part of the database rather than having to click the title and then scroll through to the actual issue would be helpful, too.

View your collection in public view.
Sometimes the amount of data on screen for my collection is a little overwhelming. So what I end up doing sometimes is logging out to look at my collection.
The general list view of everything I have is sometimes useful, which I find difficult to get to while logged in.

Comic of the Week Voting block on FP
Add a new feature/block that shows covers of the week and members could vote on them, then maybe at the end of the year have a list of the best of the best, or maybe a cover of the year?

add a total value of the sum of a series.
So if I'm looking at say, Ultimate Spider-man or Ultimate X-men. I would like to know what the entire collection of 131 or 100 comics is worth for the purposes of buying or selling entire "lots" that are complete. I also think it would be interesting to know how much every issue of a particular run would be worth.

An easy way to see which sets or runs are complete
Just something simple to show which sets are complete, maybe highlight those, or put a star next to them, or add the total number of issues in the run next to the amount I own. Thank you.

Make Want List shareable.
On CBR, you can make your piles visible to the public, but your want list is not. For example, let's say I'm in a comic book store and it would be nice to see what I'm looking for from my want list(available now) and what my cousin is looking for on his want list also(not available now). This is an actual situation I am in. It would be nice to see this information, especially since all other piles have the ability to be seen. Actually, the only pile I personally would like to be visible is my want list.

add a notification at login that shows any comics that increase in value by whatever percentage the user sets for the alert. Also could be useful to have some sort of notification for comics that are becoming increasingly popular via peoples want lists, or even community trending etc.
