An error occurred while saving the comment Marbleman commentedI disagree - a collecting site that aims to be as comprehensive as possible should try to include all variant types, whether they be price variants, upc/direct editions, errors etc. The trick is presenting or including these issues to users without overwhelming the casual collector. But to list only some variants and not others seems arbitrary - maybe allow an advanced option for collectors of these variants that want to track additional information?

Unfortunately the issue here is that the market is setting the price for the graded comics - if the market is willing to shell out $600 for a cgc graded xmen 266, then that is the going price for that cgc book, even though the actual price should be the market price of the non-cgc book plus the cost of grading it.
I would still like to know what the "price" for this cgc book is, even though it may be irrational that people are paying that much for it.
