Create a Pull List
Basically how I envision it working is...
- Go to the new releases report and choose books to add to your pull list
- Books remain on your pull list until you remove them (manually or by adding to collection)
- From the upcoming CBR App you can view your pull list at the store
- From the App you can move books from your Pull List to your Pulled List (or remove from your pull list)
- Back at your computer you can access your Pulled List to add the comics to your collection
Future iterations could be a Subscribe feature that would automatically…

Contributors Work filter - My Collection
Is there any way that a filter showing what issues / items you own in your collection could be created as an option?

Add an additional icon to the "for sale"/"ebay" section for issue for Fried Pie for issues still for sale at Books-A-Million.
This is really a business idea for CBR to earn additional income/funding, by working a deal with Books-A-Million/2nd&Charles to add a link to their online sales page for Fried Pie variants they have available for sale. In exchange for driving the most relevant buyers to their online store, CBR would either earn a commission or referral fee for sales. I am not aware of a referral program, but the fact that they seem to have many older Fried Pie Variants available for sale for years after original issue, I don't see why driving business to them would not be a…

Do not display Wanted/ForSale listings of Inactive Users
Currently the lists are clogged with dead listings making it difficult to find a genuine buyer or seller. Also enforce minimum buy price of 20% of guide and a maximum sell price of 500% of guide price to eliminate non-serious traders from the market listings.

Ignore Apostrophes and other special characters when sorting Titles
In my Master Pile, I had trouble finding a comic I had added because it's called "The 'Nam". I kept looking in the N's. Turns out, it was at the top of my list because it was using the 'apostrophe' as the sort criteria. The system is programmed to ignore the 'The' in titles starting with 'The' but it seems to stop there. I think conventional sorting rules would also ignore special characters when sorting.

Tracking error variants
It would be nice if there was a way to track the error variants or editions of comics that we own (maybe in a totally new section or feature in our collection or in the lists of the site). Currently the site tracks some well known error variants but not others.

Show all cover images in a volume with one click
Instead of having to go through and click all 100 items on a list, allow us just to have a browser covers feature where we can view them. I use other sites like coverbrowser.com but there are many useful reasons for adding the feature to the site here.
Like trying to find an issue where you have identified the cover but not the number/month, or if you are just looking for certain artwork, etc.15 votes -
Allow multiple entries before clicking "add to pile" button
When adding singletons you have to go through the whole process for every book. Search for the book, click the book, choose "add to collection", wait for pile page to load, make selections on pile page, choose "add to pile". Would be nice to be able to search for each one and choose "add to collection", then go and add them all to the pile at once. Not a huge deal but seems like it would be more convenient for singles where you aren't adding a large number of one title at a time.

Expand the site to create a comic book poster database
In the future maybe it would be possible to allow the site to not only track comics, but other comic-related items, including posters

series rating based on average of issue ratings
i would like to see a series rating based on the average of the individual issue ratings.

have a running total of your master pile as you enter books.
I would love to see my total comic collection worth as I am entering my comics into the system.This would be more incentive to keep adding books. Thanks for the great program. Gonna test out the app soon.

Advanced search
Would love to be able to search forums with advanced search features (similar to Slickdeals.net). When searching, you can choose to search or a specific subforum (i.e. Wheeling and Dealing only), or the entire site. Also, almost as important, it would be nice to search thread titles only. This makes searching by keyword/subject more precise.

Gallery of Covers
I wish there were some faster way of reviewing the covers for a given issue. For example, if Issue #1 has 30 variants, the user (poor me) has to click through each of them to find the one of interest, and if 2 or more are very similar, then it becomes even more complex to go back and forth. If there were some way to review all the covers without clicking through the list one by one, that would be a great plus!! Maybe a pop-up gallery, or a thumbnail in the popup description, or something. Thanks

Have items in the Want List appear in the reports under Comic Book Events/Awards
The list of comic books in the events report only show comics that are in my collection. Comics in my want list are excluded. It's difficult to verify missing issues that are in my want list.
