on the move
It would be GREAT to be able to switch between Owned-Comics and ALL-comics within the "On The Move" report so we can see value changes for comics we don't own as well. Thank you!!!

A monthly sort button & highlighted new listings in "on the move"
My eyes are killing me looking for daily comics that went up & 2 months mixed. Can we get a button that separates the months in order?
Recently added comics to "On the Move" should be highlighted so it's easier to spot.
139 votesThere is now a new "On the Move by Date" report that sorts the list by date changed most recent first.

View Comic covers in your collection
It would be so helpful to me if there was a button in all my piles so I could view what comic I am looking for. Volumes and publishers are okay, but i have tons of comics, a lot with the same title but different series, It gets confusing for me more often than not.

Add a report filter that shows all the issues that you have more than one copy of.
Maybe add this to the many other report filter ideas that CBR members are suggesting. This could be helpful in managing your collection, trading and selling.

I would like to see a top gains and a top drops section for users collections.
Maybe show each month the top 5 or 10 books that have gone up in value
in their collection and the top books that have gone down in value142 votesI am going to mark this complete because there has always been the On the Move report.

A comic grading program similiar to e-bigs.net, or comicbase.com
A system similar to the ones mentioned in the title. Additional options such as general spine wear, folds across the center of the cover, additional levels of damage and the ability to add a multiple of a particular damage (2 damaged corners, or 2 cover chips etc).
Also, if this could be tied into the existing collection system, one could update their comics with the included grade and grading notes.

Inactive Member Notification
This comes up occasionally in the forums about willing buyers who can't get a hold of sellers they PM and they don't realize that the individual they are PMing has not been active on the site for a while.
My idea is to deactivate a seller's ability to sell if they have been inactive for a certain amount of months. This way it will alleviate the amount of books that are for sale from members on this site by only showing potential buyers the items that are on sale by active members. If a seller wants to have his items…

Comic book grading app?
Grading a comic accurately and honestly is pretty tricky.
It would be great to have an app that allows you to simply click boxes, then comes up with a rating.
Example:
A) Cover
A.1 Completeness (0% missing, 0<.5si missing, .5-1si missing, ...)
A.2) Creases (none, 0-1 inch, 1-3, inch, ...)
A.3) Marks:size (none, <.5i)(etc)
It could then be printed or saved with a linkable URL for referenced
I'm a programmer myself and might be interested in helping out.

Ability to enter/scan UPC codes
It takes a long time to enter each title and issue #1. It would be great if ones with UPC could be scanned, say by mobile phone, and added to one's collection.

Add the ability to filter search results
The option to sort by year, number of issues, publisher, or alphabetically by title.

Notifications when comics in your collection have a significant change in value.
Often my Collection Value and Estimated Profit fluctuate, sometimes by hundreds of dollars. It would be great to receive a notification when one of our books is significantly trending up or down (green/red arrows).
I have a few thousand books across many different titles, and I simply can't find the source of a sudden $100 dollar jump in value by scanning my piles. Trending notifications can tell us if we own a book that just went hot, or one that has suddenly cooled down (after a well received or disappointing movie release for example.)

Updated Print Runs from Diamond
I'm seeing a lot of comic without and print runs. Is it because it's time consuming or why? Here is a data base we can use. http://Comichron.com. Just knowing how many comics out there can help our judgment to how much value or potential it worth

Complete story arch
Could we have a sub heading or something to link to a full story arch over multiple titles? (Ex: maximum carnage, X-cutioners song, etc...)

include some instructions on how to grade comics.
It's possible that this feature already exists here, but I haven't been able to find it.

Show a comics value increase or decrease
Much like the graphs for a members collection. When clicking on a comic have a graph showing the performance of that issue over time.

A Recent Price Change Tab
I think it'd be awesome to add a Recent Price Change Tab up with the Guide & Ebay Analyzer. People would be able to see what comics have gone up or down in value and can give an idea of what to keep an eye out for when comic hunting.
1 voteYou can use the “On the Move” report for this.

Add multiple books at one time
Sometimes I have multiple copies of one book. Recently I had to add 30 copies of one book and took awhile.
1 voteJust hit the green + icon to the left of it and it will give you the ability to add additional copies. You would still need to hit it 30 times however.
