I would like to see a value for Signature Series and regular CGC graded comics.

I think the intangible value of having a comic book graded is that you are certain (based on a 3rd-party opinion) that the grade is 9.8 or whatever.
That intangible value increases the perceived monetary value of the comic book, and people are buying graded books all the time.. So a separate valuation for Graded books will be really helpful. As an example, my Superman's Pal Jimmy Olsen #138 is listed with a value of $500. I take that value as a grain of salt, because I don't know if that's accurate at all, given I only acquired mine at $53 at VG- condition ungraded.

Why cant you track sales data of CGC, PGX, CBCS, and Signature/Sketch Sales? I see other sites that do it! Even though you (Mr Dev) have a strong opinion about pro grading, the facts are people pay more for a graded book and that in turn creates a higher value, so why not track it?

You could think that. But there is documented proof that even CGC has different standards as to what a book should grade as. Heck they even will grade something really high if it is missing a piece (say stamp) and just tell people that without this flaw it would be X. We all know/agree that with the flaw it is Y.
Go figure.

But it is that expert 3rd party opinion that makes it worth more to some people. Joe Smith's comic shop down the street may say it's a 9.6, but with a CGC version of the same book you know definitively that it is a 9.6 and you're not getting ripped off (because actually the comic is only a 9.0).

This will likely never happen. Signature comics are subjective. CGC'd comics are a little easier, but theoretically a CGC'd|PGX'd|Vaulted 9.4 comic should be the same value as a non-certified 9.4 comic. All you are doing is paying a 3rd party to certify the grade, but that should have no bearing as to what a comic in that condition should be worth.
