chart value of individual comics over time
I'd like to see a numerical or visual chart of the values of individual comics over time. I know the data is available in bulk when you look at the value of your pile, but I'm always interested in which comics went up or down in value to affect that change. Just a list maybe, of historical values in past months, but a graph would be great too.

Ok…I was able to squeeze this in during some free time. You should now see a pricing graph next to the “current value”. Click on this and you should see the historical pricing for each comic.
As always please let me know if anything is out of whack.

Very nice feature. I had not noticed this previously.

This used to be a feature on the site. I was upset when it was removed because I often missed "on the move" changes and wanted to see what the previous values were. At that, even if I did catch it on the move, I often wanted to see what it had initially started at (from an investment standpoint)

I think he means a price/time line graph like "GPAnalysis.com" does. Similar to a stock market chart. It can be by day for new comics, by week for recent series (<50 issues), and monthly for golden age stuff.

Yeah...graphs are always cooler. :)
The data is still being collected...just haven't decided where to best place it (previously it was in page).

Yeah, that existed in text form awhile back but was removed with the new listing format. You clicked on the clock icon and it would show you all the value changes since CBR started. I don't know if a chart is necessary but it would look cooler.

what i was envisioning was a value history for books. So lets say I want to pull up Action Comics #1 and want to look at the value history. When this pulls up it would show each time the value changed on CBR and how much it changed by.
Another example is Lady Mechanika #0 went up to $75 from $40 i think. So if we looked up this value history on the proposed tab it would show something like a chart. On one side of the chart would be value and the other would be the date the value changed. So Lady Mechanika #0 would show May 2012 $75 on the chart

This used to exist as a little clock icon next to the price of a comic, didn't it?
-
So you choose a random comic and just see the history of the price changes for it overtime?

I think he means month by month or year by year value change DB

There is an "on the move" report that shows changes to your collection for the last 30 days...does that answer what you are looking for?
