Make it possible to keep track of SOLD items separate from the main list
Basically this would allow you to create a pile(s) and with an option indicate whether this item was to be calculated as being part of your current collection. So if I sell 50 books as readers somewhere, I can create a new pile and then change the pile these books are in to the new pile which is NOT part of my current collection. Kind of a way to look at what I had if I sold it off without making me think I still have it when I look at the main set of books-- or confusing someone trying to find a book when I have sold it already. My current method is to create a pile and just move the items to it-- but it still shows up in my stats as well as in my main inventory. Hope that makes some sense

No worries... I thought it was a solid idea too. Apparently though no one else on CBR thinks keeping track of "Sold" issues, or improving the ability to sell comics on CBR is important.

sorry existenz-- didn't see yours or I would have just voted for it.
well it would be nice to have the ability to keep track of things you sold so you could back and look at that type of information in the same place you have your live collection.
Guess I will have to maintain a separate list and look up values etc for each item on my own.

I already requested something similar... It was a no-go. Anyways, my idea was to have a "Sold" check box which would then either move it to a seperate Sold pile, or maybe highlight it in RED, and basically allow you to keep track of what you've sold, for how much, feedback,...etc. For reference/records.. Makes sense, eh? But not to Dough Boy, nor enough members vote to have it implemented.

If you no longer own the book why would you still want it as part of your collection? Shouldn't you just delete it?
