CBR should be able to connect the "wanted" list with the "for sale" list.
If I post a specific comic book for sale, why isn't the wanted list (over one million books sought) contacted immediately if it matches? By connecting buyer and seller, CBR can take a small per cent for doing so. It can't be that hard to set up. The buyer and seller work out the price, shipping and other details and CBR gets their cut, with (hopefully) not too many snags.

Yeah, I was thinking something almost identical - why have the ability to even add an asking price if it's only for personal reference? And as far as the "matching" goes - easily achieved via coding... To elaborate, I think CBR should absolutely receive an amount (a percentage likely) of each transaction that was finalized on site using this new CBR "service" - The funds could be kept in an escrow account until the buyer either indicates that they have received their item, or until the parcel has been scanned as delivered by the actual carrier (USPS, FedEx, etc) this would eliminate a lot of would be scammers - because they do exist everywhere u go. Once this functionality has been improved upon and is deemed "safe enough" by both members and site admins then maybe the payments could and should be processed in real-time like on ebay, but I think initially there will have to be something to safeguard against would-be fraudsters.
my username on CBR is: The Shadow Collector *in case anyone out there reads this and would like to contact me here to share their ideas further? I have a lot! Great idea Brucifer!
